Was very nice and clean and they allowed us to keep our truck and motorcycle trailer in their parking lot while riding on the parkway for a few days! Restaurant onsite was very good!

Location to all major attractions is great.. It is right off Biltmore Ave. which is a busy street and sometimes difficult to access. Also located close to a level 1 trauma center so ambulances and helicopters were quite frequently loud, day and night. The accommodations were nice but some room for improvement. The couch was creaky and uncomfortable. I did not expect a gourmet kitchen but it was not well stocked. Not even salt or pepper. Lacking in cooking utensils. Did have coffee however. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms clean. We were on the lower level and the guests above us were heavy foot stompers, waking me early each AM. I'd advise asking for the third level to avoid hearing other guests walking around above. Overall, enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

The check-in procedure was quick and efficient. The room was nice and big & the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Parking was ample and the location was super close to The Biltmore property which is where we primarily spent our time. We loved the experience and we WILL be back!

Nice spacious room with all the amenities to be comfortable, including a nice on room tub. Great location, a short drive from everything. The hot tub and fire pit area were a nice ambience addition.

The accommodations were comfortable. It was close to the Biltmore & many restaurants. We enjoyed the bathroom shower & large jetted tub. The kitchen appliances were good & we liked the ice dispenser on the fridge.

The front desk and Azalea Bar staff were so nice, helpful, and informative. Definitely the highlight of the stay! The location was super convenient, close to Biltmore Estate and walkable to downtown.

The Residences was in an excellent location, easy to get to, with ample parking and very clean. The property was fairly quiet with nice amenities. The apartment that we had was a really nice size with a giant bedroom and bathroom and the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking items. The balcony was enjoyable to sit on and look outside. While we didnt use the pool unfortunately it looked like a good time.
